Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

· Good command of English knowledge, both verbal and written.

· 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.

· Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and workforce analytics.

· Experience in HR reporting tools, data analysis, and visualization.

· Understanding of HR data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

· Manage system configurations and settings within SAP SuccessFactors.

· Approve user access requests and manage permissions according to role requirements.

· Analyse HR processes and ensure data accuracy.

· Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

· Propose system improvements and process automation solutions.

· Procedure HR practices or update existing written resources.

· Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams on system updates and integrations
