Job Title: HR Technology Intern
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site)
Reporting To: Assistant Director – HR Technology & Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our ongoing HR technology transformation initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) – Darwinbox, and exposure to change management, user testing, and project reporting. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn about HR systems and digital transformation in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in auditing HRIS modules (Darwinbox) to ensure data accuracy and system optimization.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and enhanced HRIS features, including documentation and feedback tracking.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback during pilot phases of HR tech rollouts to inform improvements.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to technology change management initiatives.
  • Help compile reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews and project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
