Job Title: HR Technology Intern
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site)
Reporting To: Assistant Director – HR Technology & Transformation
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our ongoing HR technology transformation initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) – Darwinbox, and exposure to change management, user testing, and project reporting. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn about HR systems and digital transformation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in auditing HRIS modules (Darwinbox) to ensure data accuracy and system optimization.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and enhanced HRIS features, including documentation and feedback tracking.

Collect and analyze user feedback during pilot phases of HR tech rollouts to inform improvements.

Coordinate internal communications related to technology change management initiatives.

Help compile reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews and project updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Familiarity with HR systems or enterprise software is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
