• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent source and screen through job portal.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Screen candidates resumes and job application.
• On board new employee in order to become fully integrated.
• Drive the end to end talent acquisition process.
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement. IMMEDIATE JOINERS!!

Education: Any UG/PG

Experience: 0 to 1year

Stipend: 10,000 per month + Accomodation
