Trontek Electronics Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic BBA / MBA (HR) freshers to join our HR team as HR Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, coordination).
• Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
• Provide support in daily HR functions as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• BBA or MBA in HR (Freshers preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• Eager to learn, hardworking, and proactive.
• Must be comfortable working from Naraina, Delhi location.
