Role Overview

This is a career-starting opportunity where you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition leadership. You will gain hands-on experience in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from finding the right resumes to welcoming new hires on their first day.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
• Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night shift)
• Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media groups.
• Data Management: Help maintain the candidate database and ensure all applicant records are organized and updated.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Screening: Conduct initial "get-to-know" phone calls to verify basic candidate details.
• Onboarding Assistance: Help prepare onboarding kits and documentation for new joiners.
• Reporting: Assist the Assistant Manager in preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Employer Branding: Help brainstorm and execute creative ideas for our social media recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: Fresh Graduate (BBA/MBA in HR or a related field preferred).
• Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to build a career in Human Resources.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and navigating social media.
• Availability: Must be comfortable working in the Night shift.
• Local Resident: Ideally based in or near Karachi for an easy commute to RJ Mall.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
