We are expanding our HR team and looking for a motivated HR Trainee to kickstart their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
• Support sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
• Help schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
• Support HR team in policy implementation and administrative tasks
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 2, Karachi
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
