HR Trainee ( Female )

Bee Creative is seeking a motivated HR Trainee (Female) to join our Recruitment team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to start a career in Human Resources.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar Block 2, Karachi
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment records
• Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
