As an HR Intern, you’ll play a key role in the People & Culture team, contributing to efficient HR operations, a smooth employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness. Your work will help shape employee engagement, hiring efficiency, and HR process excellence.
You will:
Bring fresh ideas to the table—we love innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (we run on teamwork and great communication).
Support end‑to‑end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee file management.
Maintain accurate data in HR systems and spreadsheets.
Support attendance, leave tracking, and HRIS updates.
Draft HR letters, reports, and communication templates.
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
Assist with exit formalities, FNF documentation, and compliance files.

Must Haves
Graduate or pursuing graduation (HR, Management, Psychology, or related field).
Basic understanding of HR concepts or interest in building a career in HR.
Good communication skills—written and verbal.
Nice to Have
Prior internship or campus HR experience.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
