Responsibility
Assist Human Resource Manager and all associates.
Develop, deliver, schedule, and record various different training aspects within the organization
Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Support the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and the Objectives of:
Meeting challenges of changed legal and business environment.
Enhancing the trust of ATA among customers, associates, and society.
Implementing activities to improve ATA business operations using a strategy of Steady
Compliance.

ü Associate Degree or 1-2 years related experience.
ü Bilingual in Spanish.
ü Experience delivering workplace related training to various levels of associates.
ü Basic à Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Products.
ü Strong Organizational Skills.
ü Strong Written and Verbal Skills.
ü Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment.
ü Ability to Multitask.
ü Maintaining Confidentiality of Information.
Leadership
¨ Model proper, respectful and courteous communications with all associates.
¨ Manage and direct training activities.
¨ Model and mentor proper process procedures and industry problem solving methods.
Service
¨ Collaborate with Management in development of needed training material
¨ Conducts basic needs and gap analysis for associates
¨ Documents all training to ensure compliance with all requirements
¨ Follows-up on all issues reported in training process
¨ Capable to correct issues on the floor as spotted
¨ Delivers training to all levels within the organization
¨ Tracks all time utilized for training and reports out per topic training item hours spent within one month
¨ Support ISO-9001 & ISO-14001 requirements.
¨ Submits kaizen ideas within the training structure and to plant leadership for operational system kaizens
¨ Receives and process training requests forms for scheduling of specific training topics
Operations
¨ Develop, conduct, schedule and document all training
¨ Collaborate with department Team Leaders to ensure effectiveness of training
¨ Benchmark other programs as necessary
¨ Ensure document retention and control is closely followed.
¨ Keep detailed records to report status to management.
¨ Conduct analysis to determine what skills are required per position and ensure associates are trained to appropriate level
¨ Develop training request form
¨ Track all requests and schedule specialized training
¨ Coordinate w / onboarding processes.
All other duties as required by the EHST Asst. Mgr.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.80 per hour
