HR TRAINER (Oman)

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Faculty to join our academic/training institution in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and practical expertise in Human Resource Management, with a special emphasis on Omani Labor Law and international HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and training sessions on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.

Teach and guide students on Omani Labor Laws, employment rights, and workplace regulations.

Develop curriculum, teaching materials, case studies, and assessment tools.

Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, labor regulations, and compliance practices in Oman.

Provide mentoring and academic guidance to students.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Organize workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.

Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to program development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching or corporate HR.

In-depth knowledge of Omani Labor Laws is mandatory.

Prior teaching/training experience in Oman or GCC region preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital learning tools and LMS platforms.

Strong classroom management and student engagement techniques.

Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
