Role: HR Welfare Officer to sit in client office to control HR admin side
Location: Abu Dhabi
Paying AED 22,000 - AED 28,000 + Schooling + Bonus + Family status.
Reporting within the HR function, this role is primarily focused on operational administration, welfare coordination, and business support activities rather than traditional HR functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for vendor and supplier management, office administration, workforce welfare coordination, forecasting and planning support, and general project management activities. Acting as a key liaison between the PMC team, client stakeholders, and external service providers, the role ensures the efficient delivery of administrative and welfare services that support project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
• Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and administrative support services.
• Oversee office administration and facility-related requirements.
• Support forecasting, resource planning, and reporting activities.
• Assist with project coordination, tracking, and general project management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with client procedures, project requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
Requirements:
• Experience in administration, welfare, project support, or HR operations roles.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting, forecasting, and administrative systems.
• Ability to work within a client-facing project environment and manage multiple priorities.
