- We are a manufacturing & export company with 35+ years of experience, supplying equestrian, pet, and textile products to international buyers. We are expanding production capacity and are looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage factory workforce hiring and stability. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit factory workers (tailors, stitchers, helpers, supervisors)
- Maintain a ready workforce to meet production demand
- Control absenteeism and reduce attrition
- Handle onboarding and basic training
- Coordinate daily with production teams
- Manage shop-floor HR issues and records Who Should Apply:
- 4–8 years experience in manufacturing / factory HR
- Strong background in labour hiring and retention
- Practical, execution-focused (not corporate HR)
- Textile / garment / export unit experience preferred This Role Is NOT:
- Not a corporate HR role
- Not focused on appraisals or policies
- This is a factory-operations HR role
