HR & Workforce Operations Manager (Manufacturing & Exports)

• We are a manufacturing & export company with 35+ years of experience, supplying equestrian, pet, and textile products to international buyers. We are expanding production capacity and are looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage factory workforce hiring and stability. Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit factory workers (tailors, stitchers, helpers, supervisors)
• Maintain a ready workforce to meet production demand
• Control absenteeism and reduce attrition
• Handle onboarding and basic training
• Coordinate daily with production teams
• Manage shop-floor HR issues and records Who Should Apply:
• 4–8 years experience in manufacturing / factory HR
• Strong background in labour hiring and retention
• Practical, execution-focused (not corporate HR)
• Textile / garment / export unit experience preferred This Role Is NOT:
• Not a corporate HR role
• Not focused on appraisals or policies
• This is a factory-operations HR role
