Job Summary
HR Duties: Incumbent provides vital administrative support to a company's Human Resources department, primarily by maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR databases, assisting with recruitment and on-boarding, payroll processing, and benefit administration.

Admin Duties: Incumbent serves as assistant to all executives and operational managers. This role will participate in board communications, meeting planning, bookkeeping, report generation, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a HS Diploma
  • Pass a background check as mandated by the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management
