Position Summary

Our HR/Admin/Bookkeeper allrounder supports the internal organization of Janart Hospitality Strategies LLC while also assisting with administrative, HR, and documentation processes for client companies engaged through the firm’s consulting and workforce services.This role ensures that internal operations, consulting engagements, recruitment activities, and staffing services are properly documented, coordinated, and operationally organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling for internal meetings and client engagements.
  • Maintain organized client records, project documentation, and company files.
  • Support recruitment processes for client companies, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Manage onboarding documentation for staff placed with client companies.
  • Prepare invoices for consulting and staffing services and assist with billing administration.
  • Track payments, expenses, and maintain financial records for company operations.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and employment documentation when applicable.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative materials supporting consulting projects.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations support, HR coordination, or bookkeeping.

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brooklyn, NY 11222
