- Hiring and onboarding to development, consultation, HR work and offboarding;
- Partnership with top leaders, support for making management decisions, forming a team structure;
- Ensuring the correctness of documentation, orders, plant instructions, personnel procedures;
- Management of processes and understanding of how to work;
- Close cooperation to facilitate policies, grading, compensation systems;
- Analysis of basic processes, system maintenance and solutions for optimizing HR functions;
- Participation in the implementation of performance assessment systems, support for managers in working with goals.
- 4+ Experience in HRBP;
- Experience of ongoing HR processes and policies in 1000+ companies;
- Experience of interaction with top management and input into business decisions;
- Knowledge of HR and C&B;
- Understanding of gradation, performance management, OKR;
- The achievement of HR automation or HR Ops/HR Service will be a great plus;
- A communicative professional who is comfortable working with top managers and is able to gain insight through expertise.
