We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “ HRBP (Specialist) " to be considered at Tersane İstanbul .


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR Business Partner within the business units, supporting managers in all people-related matters,
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the roles across hotels, retail/AVM management, residences, and facility management,
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a structured and consistent employee experience,
  • Support performance management, career planning, and promotion processes in collaboration with line managers,
  • Manage employee relations and discipline processes in line with company policies and labor legislation,
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to management,
  • Ensure HR processes are applied consistently across different operational teams,
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports,
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role,
  • Experience working with operational teams in hospitality, retail, residential, or facility management environments,
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations,
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Clear communication skills and a structured working approach,
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
