Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – NJ

Location: New Jersey (Multiple Warehouses)
Salary: $20–$25/hour

Position Summary:
The HRBP for JDL in New Jersey will serve as the primary HR partner for warehouse operations, supporting 200–250 employees across multiple sites. This individual will manage day-to-day HR operations, drive workforce planning, oversee employee relations, and implement HR programs that support business goals. The HRBP will be the go-to HR resource for both leadership and employees in NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the sole HR point of contact for 2–3 warehouses in New Jersey, supporting 200–250 employees.

• Manage full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

• Review and approve employee timecards, attendance, and related compliance matters.

• Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in partnership with leadership.

• Provide HR guidance to managers on policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

• Implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and workforce development activities.

• Partner with operations leadership to drive staffing strategy, workforce planning, and cost control.

• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed for leadership and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices in New Jersey.

• Experience managing employee relations, timekeeping, and HR processes independently.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in HRIS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll/timekeeping tools.
