Job Description
As a Senior HR Manager and Business Partner, you will play a dual role in driving both human capital and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives, optimizing workforce efficiency, and ensuring
operational smoothness across divisions. Your focus will include enhancing employee performance, strengthening
organizational culture and ensuring HR and operational systems work in harmony to achieve sustainable growth.
Strategic HR & Business Alignment
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable HR and operational strategies.
- Develop people strategies that directly contribute to productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets.
- Drive workforce and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support future business growth.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the leadership team, providing insights on workforce trends and business
impact.
Performance Management
- Oversee a robust performance management system that links individual performance to business KPIs.I
- Introduce productivity metrics and operational performance indicators across departments.
- Lead quarterly and annual performance calibration processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Partner with leadership to reward high performance and address underperformance effectively.
Learning, Development & Capability Building
- Design and implement competency-based learning programs to bridge skill gaps and prepare employees for leadership roles.
- Lead training needs analysis and implement tailored learning roadmaps for each department.I
- Introduce leadership development programs and cross-functional exposure opportunities for high-potential employees.
Policy Design, Compliance & Governance
- Develop and implement HR and operational policies aligned with UAE labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure company compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and internal controls.
- Create standardized HR and operations SOPs to streamline processes and enhance accountability.
- Oversee grievance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution with professionalism and fairness.
Operations
- Oversee daily operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across departments.
- Lead automation or digital transformation initiatives in HR and admin processes.
- Involve in manpower budgeting, and cost control measures.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design data-driven engagement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Implement recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and communication frameworks that foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and analyze trends to identify and address organizational challenges.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Serve as a key change leader in driving cultural transformation and business expansion initiatives.
- Facilitate organizational restructuring, mergers, or new business integration from a people and process perspective.
- Promote a strong performance-driven, accountable, and collaborative culture.
Stakeholder Management & HR Analytics
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and functional heads on all people and operational matters.
- Deliver HR and operational analytics dashboards with actionable insights on attrition, engagement, manpower cost, and
productivity.
- Prepare and present reports to the Director on HR and operations performance metrics.
