<Responsibilities>
- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, utilizing HRIS systems like Workday or Oracle HCM, and refining sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and continuous feedback to foster development and engagement.
- Drive training and development programs that enhance skills, promote career progression, and support organizational change initiatives.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, conducting investigations when necessary, and ensuring compliance with employment laws such as FMLA and labor regulations.
- Facilitate organization design projects and succession planning to ensure workforce readiness for future needs.
- Utilize data analysis skills for HR metrics collection, process improvement initiatives, and reporting using systems like Dayforce or UltiPro to inform decision-making.
<Experience>
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning, talent management, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead recruiting efforts using ATS platforms such as Taleo or Paylocity effectively.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law compliance, benefits administration, and employee orientation programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar platforms for data collection and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Union laws and negotiations
- Experience managing HR projects related to process improvement, affirmative action planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a proactive approach toward conflict resolution and employee relations.
