Join a team that supports people, celebrates service, and keeps the heart of the office beating strong!

  • Help maintain our HR content online and in our newsletters (yes, your writing may be famous one day).

  • Review vendor invoices and track key HR metrics.

  • Be a key player on the Safety Committee (cape optional).

  • Support all things compliance, wellness, and HR events!

Office Harmony Duties:

  • Keep our office stocked, tidy, and welcoming—whether that’s greeting guests or making sure we never run out of printer ink.

  • Support departments across the board with scheduling, reports, mailings, events, and even the occasional emergency supply run.

  • Help coordinate fun and meaningful events like All Staff Meetings, Health Fairs, and Open Enrollment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You’re organized, proactive, and can spot a typo from across the room.

  • You know your way around Microsoft Office and feel comfortable learning systems like Paycom and Salesforce.

  • You’re a good communicator—whether it’s a cheerful greeting or a carefully crafted memo.

  • You understand the importance of confidentiality and professional integrity.

  • You love supporting a team and jumping in to help wherever needed.

What You Bring:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous office or administrative experience

Bonus Points For:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field

  • 1–3 years in HR or multi-department support

  • Familiarity with HR best practices, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce

Work Environment & Physical Stuff:

Mostly a desk gig, with occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Some travel (up to 10%) for job fairs and offsite events.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

You won’t just be checking boxes—you’ll be building relationships, improving experiences, and helping employees feel seen and supported. At CRC, we care deeply about our people, and your work will make a lasting impact.
