HR/General Administration Specialist

岗位职责

1. 负责招聘全流程执行,包括岗位发布、简历筛选、面试邀约与协调,跟进候选人入职手续办理。
2. 处理员工入转调离相关事务,维护员工信息档案,更新人事系统数据,确保信息准确完整。
3. 协助组织员工培训、团建等活动,跟进培训效果反馈,整理相关记录文件。
4. 配合核算员工考勤、薪资相关数据,对接财务部门完成薪资发放支持工作。
5. 解答员工关于劳动合同、福利政策等基础人事问题,协助落实员工福利相关事宜。
6. 收集整理人事相关报表数据,完成基础人事数据分析与汇报。
7. 协助完善公司人事规章制度,确保合规执行,归档保管人事相关文件资料。
8. 负责行政综合支持工作,包括办公环境维护(如绿植管理)、律协相关手续办理、办公物资管理等。
9. 完成上级交办的其他人力资源及行政相关工作。

岗位要求

1. 工作地点:迪拜(base迪拜),中国籍,有中东生活经验者优先;需持有驾照,英文流利;男女不限。
2. 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先。
3. 工作经验:1-2年人力资源相关工作经验,熟悉招聘、入转调离、考勤薪资等基础模块实操流程;有行政支持经验者优先。
4. 技能要求:熟练使用Office办公软件(Excel数据处理、PPT制作等)。
5. 核心能力:具备良好的沟通协调能力、同理心与服务意识,工作细致严谨、责任心强,能高效处理多任务。
6. 其他要求:保密意识强,抗压能力佳,认同公司企业文化,具备团队协作精神。
7. 有律所工作经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination and scheduling, and follow up on onboarding procedures for selected candidates.
  • Handle employee onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and job changes; maintain employee records and update HR system data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in organizing employee training, team-building activities, etc.; follow up on training feedback and organize relevant documentation.
  • Support the calculation of employee attendance and payroll-related data, and coordinate with the finance department to facilitate salary disbursement.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on basic HR matters such as labor contracts and benefits policies, and assist in implementing employee benefits.
  • Collect and organize HR-related report data, and perform basic HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in improving the company's HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and archive HR documents and materials.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including office environment maintenance (e.g., plant care), handling procedures with the Bar Association, and office supplies management.
  • Complete other HR and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Work Location: Dubai (based in Dubai). Chinese nationality; experience living in the Middle East is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Fluent in English. Open to both male and female candidates.
  • Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
  • Work Experience: 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, with a solid understanding of basic HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and payroll. Administrative support experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data processing, PowerPoint for presentations, etc.).
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Other Requirements: High level of confidentiality, good stress management, alignment with the company's corporate culture, and strong team spirit.
  • Experience working in a law firm is preferred.
