  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to configuration, usage, and integrations, acting as the first line of defense for system stability.
  • Deliver responsive support, managing tickets with urgency and precision to ensure user satisfaction and system continuity.

Process Optimization & Collaboration
  • Design and refine process flows for employee lifecycle activities, aligning cross-functional collaboration between HR, Shared Services, IT, Finance, and beyond.
  • Spot inefficiencies and automate—leveraging HRIS capabilities to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations.
  • Champion centralized HR administration, defining scalable processes that reduce complexity and boost consistency across regions.

Data Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure airtight compliance with data privacy laws, security protocols, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Support policy lifecycle management, including review, approval, implementation, training, and acknowledgment tracking for all stakeholders.

User Support & Training

  • Empower users to master the system, identifying training needs and delivering tailored sessions that boost confidence and adoption.
  • Lead immersive training experiences, promoting best practices in data entry, navigation, and self-service tools to build a tech-savvy HR community.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, offering expert guidance and support to help users maximize the value of HR technology.

System Enhancements & Strategic Input
  • Manage foundational system elements—including picklists, mass uploads, and configuration objects—based on evolving HR needs.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions, recommending creative workarounds when functionality gaps arise.
  • Influence the HR tech roadmap, contributing to cross-functional projects and system enhancements that elevate the employee experience.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP, SuccessFactors) are a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including deep expertise in foundation objects, mass uploads, and business rules.
  • Experience with HR and business platforms including and/or similar to ADP, PowerBI, UKG People Docs, Smartsheet, JIRA Project.
  • Experience in HRIS system integrations, including configuring and supporting SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and API (Application Programming Interface) connections between SuccessFactors and third-party platforms (e.g., payroll, time tracking, benefits, or identity management systems) preferred.
  • Strong background in HR reporting, data governance, and process optimization across the employee lifecycle preferred.
  • Proficiency with Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, or Jira for issue tracking and workflow management preferred.

  • Experienced in handling large amounts of data, producing statistics and KPI’s.
  • Strong communication skills across all management levels, as well as analytical and conceptional abilities.
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • You can perform multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • High level of commitment, personal responsibility and perseverance.
