HRIS Analyst – Workday


Job Summary:

As an HRIS Analyst at Array Tech Inc., you will support the administration and optimization of our Workday platform. You will work with HR and business teams to maintain data accuracy, assist with system configurations, and help improve HR processes. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HRIS experience who is eager to learn and grow.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day Workday operations, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Support HR and business users by resolving basic system issues and answering questions.

  • Help configure and test Workday modules under guidance from senior analysts.

  • Maintain process documentation and update configuration logs.

  • Participate in Workday release testing and adoption activities.

  • Prepare and deliver user training and support materials.

  • Stay current on Workday updates and HRIS best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 1-2+ years of HRIS or Workday experience (data entry, reporting, or basic configuration).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
