HRIS Analyst - ADP Workforce Now

Hood Container is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration, support, and optimization of our HR technology—primarily ADP Workforce Now. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure system accuracy, streamline processes, and deliver meaningful data that informs business decisions.

Required

• 3+ years of HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, and benefits systems
• Strong HR data reporting and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLookup, Create Pivot Tables, Present Data Visually)
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and communication skills

Preferred

• HRIS integrations or implementation experience
• Payroll processing support experience
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data governance
• Experience supporting multi‑state or multi‑location organizations

What You’ll Do

HRIS Administration & Optimization

• Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now (workflows, security, validation tables)
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and releases
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance

System Support & Troubleshooting

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS issues
• Troubleshoot payroll, data, and system errors
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and audits
• Analyze trends and provide insights to HR leadership
• Support compliance reporting and audits

Integrations & Projects

• Support integrations with benefits, payroll, and third‑party platforms
• Assist with testing and implementation of new HRIS functionality
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and system efficiency

Training & Documentation

• Document processes and system procedures
• Provide training and guidance to HR and payroll teams
