HRIS & Connectivity Implementation Specialist
Position Summary
The HRIS & Connectivity Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and executing client implementations within the UKG Ready Platform. This role focuses on configuring and deploying HRIS modules (Performance Management, Onboarding, Open Enrollment, ATS) while also managing carrier feeds and third-party vendor integrations.
This position serves as a critical liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and external vendors to ensure seamless data integration, accurate system configuration, and a successful end-to-end implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation
- Lead full-cycle system implementations for new and existing clients.
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather business, HR, payroll and benefits requirements.
- Develop implementation timelines, project plans, and milestone tracking.
- Configure system modules based on client specifications and compliance requirements.
- Provide client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation stabilization support.
HR Module Configuration
- Implement and configure:
- Performance Management & Review Cycles
- Onboarding workflows and document management
- Open Enrollment setup and benefits configuration
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Design workflows, approval paths, notifications, and automation.
- Validate testing scenarios and conduct system audits prior to launch.
Carrier Feeds & Vendor Integrations
- Manage EDI carrier feed implementations (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.).
- Coordinate 360° integrations or one-way data pushes between client vendors and the Payroll/HRIS/Time system.
- Troubleshoot integration discrepancies and transmission errors.
- Partner with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with file standards and timelines.
- Monitor post-go-live integration performance and resolve issues proactively.
Client Experience & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
- Provide consultative guidance on best practices and system optimization.
- Document processes, workflows, and configuration details.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing Payroll, HRIS, Time & Labor, or Benefits Administration systems.
- Experience with EDI carrier feeds and vendor integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, performance management, recruiting, and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of payroll deductions and benefits eligibility rules.
- Experience working in a client-facing or consultative role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
