Job Purpose:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, governance, and operation of all human resources digital platforms across the organization. The role ensures that employee data, payroll, organizational structures, and workforce processes are accurate, secure, compliant, and fully aligned with the company’s business and financial strategy.
The HRIS Manager serves as a strategic bridge between HR, Finance, IT, and Operations , enabling data-driven decision-making, strong governance over manpower costs, and the digital transformation of HR processes. This role is critical in labor-intensive and project-based environments where workforce costs represent a major operational expenditure and require high levels of control, transparency, and optimization.
