Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HRIS manager, maintain, and enhance Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role is responsible for supporting HR technology initiatives, optimizing HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and support HRIS, HRMS, and related HR technology platforms

Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities

Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements

Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems

Support system integrations between HR platforms and other enterprise applications

Participate in HR digital transformation projects, system upgrades, and new implementations

Provide user support, training, and documentation for HR systems
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, HRMS, HR Technology, or related systems

Strong experience with HRMS, HRIS, ERP, and digital HR solutions

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development

Knowledge of system integration, data management, and HR processes

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
