We are currently seeking an experienced, highly analytically, collaborative HRIS Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources - Workforce Services Division Team. In this role, you will be responsible for consistent and reliable operations of various Human Resources technology. Maintains the system security and operational environment for HR system applications. Responsible for systems software and hardware related problems and consults the staff in answering questions that affect HR application systems. .
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this level of role is $70,000 to $85,000/year per year; commensurate with experience.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
3 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology support, or equivalent experience required
System administrator/HRIS certifications for Oracle Cloud HCM preferred
Must have excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
Must be able to work independently and without supervision
Must be well organized
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to identify problems, accurately determine the cause, and recommend/implement creative solutions
Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Must be proficient in use of all Microsoft applications
