Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Technology Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align HRIS solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Strategy: Define and implement HRIS roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- System Management: Oversee HRIS platforms including payroll, benefits, talent management, and employee self-service.
- Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between HRIS, ERP, and finance systems.
- Data Analytics: Provide insights into workforce trends, KPIs, and compliance reporting.
- Process Optimization: Streamline HR workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Security Oversight: Safeguard sensitive employee and organizational data.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor HR technology specialists to deliver excellence.
- Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Experience with cloud-based HR solutions, mobile HR applications, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver HRIS solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
