HR/Payroll Operations Add

This position carries direct responsibility for workforce administration, payroll processing, records management, and benefits and compliance oversight.

§ Own the full spectrum of employee administration…executing with accuracy, timeliness, and unwavering confidentiality at every stage.
§ Process payroll with precision and maintain complete, audit-ready employee records, benefits documentation, and compliance reporting.
§ Administer workforce functions…scheduling, benefits enrollment, and regulatory compliance, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and no deadline is missed.
§ Partner with senior leadership to identify, redesign, and institutionalize processes that eliminate friction and drive operational consistency across the organization.
§ Serve as the authoritative point of contact for employee administrative and operational needs…resolving issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
§ Design, manage, and enforce the performance evaluation system, ensuring appraisals are completed on schedule, documented rigorously, and tied directly to organizational standards.
§ Experience working with workforce data, payroll processing and employee administrative systems.
§ A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
§ Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
§ A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
