HR Solutions LLC is a leading HR consulting company based in Puerto Rico. Due to our growth we are currently in the look out for an HR Clerk. The HR Clerk will assist in talent acquisition, and administrative HR functions such as: filing, disciplinary actions, letter writing, employee orientations and ADP Payroll processing .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review time sheets and process payroll in ADP system.
  • Assist with recordkeeping related to hiring, terminations, employee's documentation and leave licenses.
  • Conducts initial interviews, analysis and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or others concerns.
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, Affirmative Action, labor relation and human resources.
  • Assist in the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Puerto Rico's labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook
