This is an opportunity to join Segal as a HR/Payroll Senior Analyst (Senior Associate).
The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst is an exempt professional role that offers an opportunity to learn and apply specialized knowledge of payroll administration, HR operations, and employment practices to analyze data, interpret policy, and then advise on matters of significance. The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst will exercise independent judgment in evaluating complex HR and payroll information, ensuring compliance, and recommending solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness and reduce risk. This position requires a high attention to detail.
The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst supports both daily operations and long‑term initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR and payroll processes. This role also contributes to cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee experience, promote operational excellence, and support the organization’s strategic goals
This position reports to the Vice President, Director of Human Resources and is based in the New York office, offering a flexible hybrid work schedule.

The current salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
