Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Duties

  • Administer payroll processes using systems to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, onboarding, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) data entry and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining employee records according to company policies.

Position Requirements:

This position requires at least three to five years HR/Payroll experience and must provide excellent customer service to our clients.

*MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN HAWAII*

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
