Who we are: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTF's are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. Every client has an individualized plan of care based on all aspects of the individual's situation.

What we're looking for: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is seeking a full time HR/Payroll Specialist. This position is responsible for performing all HR related duties on a professional level in the areas of payroll management, recruitment and new hire process, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Starting Pay: $60,000-$63,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for employee recruitment and new hire process
• Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online database
• Responsible for processing payroll bi-weekly
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws
• Work in coordination with supervisors regarding employee disciplinary issues

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
• Minimum one (2) year experience in Human Resources
