HR/Payroll/TLM Consultant – UKG Ready

About the Engagement:

We are seeking an experienced UKG Ready professional to provide expertise in either HR, Payroll, and/or Time (TLM) modules to support in configuration and optimization tasks for internal client needs. This engagement is ideal for a skilled consultant who is experiences functionally configurating UKG Ready in either of the 3 module areas (HR/Payroll/Time). This professional must be a self-starter and work independently while collaborating closely with our internal project management. This is a part-time, project-based Corp-to-Corp engagement with a defined scope of work.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Provide hands-on configuration and support across in either HR, Payroll, and/or Time & Labor modules in UKG Ready

· Build and maintain pay rules, accruals, schedules, and workflow logic

· Support payroll processing cycles, testing, audit, and error resolution

· Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and recommend solutions

· Assist with reporting, data loads, interfaces, and system maintenance

· Deliver guidance and best practices for system design and optimization

· Document configuration decisions, testing results, and system changes

· Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and/or client users

· Participate in release testing, upgrades, and enhancement cycles

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

· 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready

· Functional and technical experience with HR, Payroll, and TLM

· Strong understanding of payroll operations, pay rules, and compliance

· Experience configuring workflows, business rules, and system logic

· Effective communicator with strong client-facing skills

· Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity

Preferred:

· Experience with API integrations, BI reporting, or interface files

· Familiarity with ACA, GL exports, tax configuration, or year-end payroll

· Experience supporting public sector or education environments

· UKG certifications strongly preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
