Job Summary
Currently seeking a Human Resources Clerk. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, screening, interviewing and the onboarding process. Additionally, clerk would assist in other areas of the Safety and Human Resources Department as needed.
Duties
- Conducting the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Assisting with new hire orientation process.
- Answering phone calls of applicants and explaining opportunities of the company.
- Completing background checks and ordering required reports for potential candidates.
- Assisting with new hire orientation process.
- Assisting in various other areas of the Safety and Human Resources Department.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with social media management for professional purposes is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
