HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) Physician or Nurse Practitioner

We are a fast-growing health and wellness clinic focused on optimizing hormone levels through personalized hormone replacement therapy. Our mission is to help men regain vitality, energy, and confidence through safe, science-backed treatment. We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner (NP with valid Florida medical licensure) with a passion for men and women's health and a patient-centered approach.

This position is a part time, remote, contracted position with the ability to set your own hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and review of labs
• Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy protocols
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on HRT, potential side effects, and long-term care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including hormone panels and CBCs
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Provide telemedicine and/or in-person consultations as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, RNs, and wellness coaches
