About Us:

We are a fast-growing telemedicine provider delivering comprehensive virtual care across multiple specialties, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management, metabolic health, dermatology, and sexual wellness. We are seeking an experienced HRT Lead Physician to help guide our hormone therapy program, support clinical operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual patient consultations and assessments related to hormone replacement therapy.
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans, including hormone therapy initiation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Provide clinical leadership in the development of workflows, policies, and evidence-based clinical protocols.
  • Ensure safe prescribing practices and adherence to regulatory and telemedicine requirements.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, and ongoing management.
  • Manage hormone therapy monitoring, contraindications, side-effect management, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient outcomes and program performance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our secure telehealth platform.
  • Provide support for clinical needs during standard business hours and help ensure adequate provider coverage.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical licenses in 40 or more U.S. states.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the HRT field.
  • Strong knowledge of hormone therapies, monitoring requirements, contraindications, and side-effect management.
  • Experience developing clinical workflows, policies, and treatment protocols.
  • Experience with patient education and individualized treatment planning.
  • Broad availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PST).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and digital literacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative clinical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising or mentoring physicians, nurse practitioners, or other clinical staff.
  • Quality improvement, clinical governance, or performance management experience.
  • Previous telemedicine experience.
