HS Admin Asst (10 Month) Attendance, 26-27 SY

CUSD 303 is seeking to find a qualified candidate to serve as AA- 10 Month, full-time at St. Charles East High School, 26-27 SY.

Minimum Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; three years of work experience, associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and information
• Accounting and/or bookkeeping skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, and relevant workplace databases
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility and adaptability

Salary Range for 25-26 SY: $21.24 (step 1) - $22.36 (step 4); Salary Range for 26-27 SY TBD as of 4/13/26.
