Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the North Dakota State Standards for high school math.
• Assess student understanding and progress through quizzes, tests, and other evaluation methods.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students who may be struggling with math concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education
• North Dakota Teaching Certification in High School Mathematics, or the ablitity to obtain certification
• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and engage high school students in math concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
