HSE Advisor
Job Description
- Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of HSE Officers, HSE Engineers, and Road Safety Coordinators, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.
- Engage directly with clients to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements pertaining to various projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and update HSE training modules and materials based on the latest industry standards and regulations.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs for all employees.
- Liaise with governmental agencies and internal stakeholders to stay updated on the latest HSE regulations and standards.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with both internal teams and external partners regarding HSE matters.
- Monitor and review contractors' HSE plans and performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and expectations.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety consciousness among employees.
- Review and evaluate the efficacy of emergency response plans.

Prepare monthly HSE performance reports and metrics.

Proficient in using HSE software tools and applications.
- 5-10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector in Abu Dhabi.

- Valid driving license is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
