Job Description

• HSE Policy & Risk Assessment:
• Ensure that Risk Assessments are conducted and identify actions for improvement or compliance.
• Submit assessment outcomes and recommendations to local management.
• Support Plant Management and local HSE teams in defining and implementing the local HSE policy.
• Collaborate with all relevant functions at the sector/local level to define and implement HSE guidelines.
• Ensure effective application of current management and organizational HSE systems.
• Reporting:
• Provide accurate and timely monthly HSE data for internal and external reporting needs.
• Support HSE data management processes.
• HSE Compliance & Certification:
• Ensure compliance with workplace Quality, Safety, and Environmental regulations and certifications.
• Oversee the correct application of existing management and organizational systems in line with HSE standards.

Requirements:

• Education:
• BSc Degree holder in Science or Engineering.
• Basic Safety Trainings is a MUST.
• NEBOSH Certification is a MUST.
• OSHA Certification is a MUST.
• Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience minimum 8+ years in same role is a must.
• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
• Ability to produce reports and develop relevant HSE policies
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong observation ability
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
