HSE Engineer

Euro Mechanical is looking for a HSE Engineer to join its HSE team.

Reporting directly to the HSE Team Lead, as an HSE Engineer , you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our sites. You’ll implement and monitor HSE systems, manage a team of HSE Officers, and support operational excellence through risk management, audits, training, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Implement & audit OHSE management systems

✔ Develop project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments & emergency response plans

✔ Lead site inspections, audits, and contractor HSE evaluations

✔ Drive HSE awareness, training & reporting

✔ Support waste management & incident investigation

✔ Ensure legal and industry compliance across EMEC operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Safety or Engineering
• NEBOSH IGC + ISO 14001/45001 Auditor
• 8–10 years' experience in construction/fabrication projects in Oil & Gas
• Strong knowledge of PTW, risk assessments, incident investigation
• Excellent communication, leadership & HSE training skills
• Onshore & Offshore experience required
