HSE Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years as an HSE Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare, update, and maintain all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documents, reports, and records in full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

• Training & Awareness:

Develop and deliver HSE training programs and safety awareness sessions to existing staff, ensuring a strong, proactive safety culture across the organization.

• Site Inspections:

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, verify adherence to HSE standards, and ensure implementation of safe work practices.

• Audit Follow-up:

Address audit findings by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as an HSE Engineer.
• Strong understanding of UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and training delivery skills.
• Ability to identify risks, analyze safety gaps, and recommend practical solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
