HSE Engineer

We are looking for an experienced HSSE Engineer to join our Oil & Gas construction projects. The candidate must have 10–15 years of proven experience in HSSE roles within Oil & Gas construction/EPC projects and valid ADNOC approval. The HSSE Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSSE management systems in compliance with ADNOC standards, local regulations, and company policies. The role involves conducting risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP support, site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, as well as ensuring effective implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Toolbox Talks (TBT). The candidate will actively coordinate with project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure a safe working environment and zero-harm culture. Responsibilities also include preparing HSSE plans, method statement reviews, emergency response planning, monitoring leading and lagging HSSE indicators, delivering safety training and inductions, and ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational health requirements. Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSSE guidelines, Oil & Gas construction safety practices, and excellent communication and reporting skills are essential.
