HSE Engineer

· 3+ years experience, spearheading TAQA and ADNOC projects with TAQA Transmission HSE standards.

· Must have HSE Officer Approvals (TAQA / Others)

· NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification

· Must have undergone First Aid Training, Fire Fighting Training, HSE Training

· Proven track record in implementing HSE systems on EPC utility projects

· Strong knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, HAZID, HAZOP, and Job Safety Analysis

· Familiarity with construction hazards related to excavation, lifting, working at height, confined space, and electrical works

· Knowledge of emergency response planning, incident investigation, and reporting

· Implement and enforce the HSE policies, plans, programs, rules, and regulations of TAQA

· Conduct HSE induction training, detailed risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety inductions

· Maintain HSE record, safety inspection report, training documentation and compliance certifications

· Lead investigations for accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions

· Prepare and submit daily and monthly HSE performance reports
