Job Description:

We are seeking a HSE Engineer with extensive experience in building and construction projects and a valid OSHAD/ADOSH certification to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site safety on major construction projects and ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the project HSE Plan in line with OSHAD-SF /ADOSH and company policies
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations (OSHAD, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across construction sites
• Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to site teams
• Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems and emergency procedures
• Liaise with client and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in building/construction projects
• Valid OSHAD Certificate (mandatory)
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations
• Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills
• Previous experience on high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or residential complexes

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
