HSE ENGINEER - Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HSE ENGINEER - Trainer to join our team in the UAE , one who is passionate about training & onboarding in the health & safety feild and committed to fostering a culture of health and compliance in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging HSE training programs in line with UAE regulations and international best practices.
• Develop training materials, toolkits, and safety awareness campaigns
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for employees at all levels
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
• Ensure all training is documented and aligned with regulatory and company requirements
• Stay updated with changes in HSE laws and practices

Requirements:

• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification (mandatory)
• Train the Trainer certification (Required)
• Minimum 3 Years diploma related to the health & safety
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar HSE training role in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & urdu (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in training institue is a plus.
