WE ARE HIRING – HSE Executive

We're looking for a sharp, proactive HSE professional with a strong grounding in environmental studies to help us build a safer, more sustainable manufacturing environment. If you're driven by both compliance and genuine environmental stewardship, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections , identify hazards, assess risks, and drive corrective action before incidents occur.
• Enforce compliance with local and international HSE regulations, environmental laws, and company standards.
• Lead investigations into accidents, near-misses, and incidents; prepare thorough, actionable reports.
• Monitor PPE usage, conduct HSE inductions, and run targeted safety training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, audit trails, and compliance documentation.
• Plan and support emergency preparedness drills and crisis response protocols.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs , waste management, emission monitoring, sustainability initiatives, and resource conservation.
• Coordinate with department heads on corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Studies, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering. Environmental Studies background strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on HSE experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Waste management experience
• Sustainability reporting
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is a significant advantage.
• Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of environmental management systems (ISO 14001), waste management regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Communication: Confident communicator able to influence behavior on the floor and report clearly to management.
• Digital proficiency: Competent with MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Candidate

• Local candidates from Sambrial, Sialkot, Wazirabad, and nearby areas will be preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be considered an advantage.
