Job Purpose of a HSE Instructor:

• Instructing of training courses and assessing delegate competence.
• Review, update and develop course material according to course standards.
• Be a support function in education and training of instructors.
• Provide a good professional service to all customers.

Duties As HSE Instructor:

• Participate as Instructor / Support instructor and Role Player roles on courses.
• Update course materials according to course standards.
• Prepare all courses including all necessary resources and class rooms set up.
• Maintain all equipment and materials for practical exercises in line with maintenance schedule and courses standard.
• Support management, administration and commercial requests and decisions.
• Be aware of company policy, risk assessments and work instructions.
• Carry out all activities with the required precautions towards Health, Safety and Environment.
• Report on Safety, Maintenance and Equipment concerns.
• Liaise with administration functions for courses bookings and certification.
• Participate in course meetings and personnel training.
• Provide overall support for staff, contractors and delegates.
• Continued personal development to ensure qualifications and competencies are maintained.
• Any other company business as asked.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Professional Certificates in Health and Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO or related.
• Train The Trainer from highfield and HABC train the trainer

Language: English and Hindi/Urdu
